Looking for something a little softer and more like a Gummy, Slip pits may be your go to as they are softer and more filling as it is the Apricot dried as a whole rather than cut in half. Both methods the pit is removed but drying the Apricot as a whole seems to keep more moisture in the fruit allowing for a more gummy like taste.
